Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/email with order number as proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We have a 7-day damages and issues policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us of any damages or issues of the items. No claims beyond that period will be considered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The buyer will be entitled to a full refund and a refund of any costs incurred returning the products if they are found to be defective upon receipt. Returned goods must be sent at the buyer’s expense and should be via recorded delivery and with the adequate insurance for the return journey. The buyer has a duty to take reasonable care of the items. Goods to be returned must be clearly marked showing the original invoice number and stating the alleged fault.​

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All items on sale are final. Customer must contact us immediately if they need to exchange an item provided the exchange size item is in stock. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
