Exchange & Return Policy

We have a 14-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or email with order number) is required.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us reply to your confirmation email with your order number and request.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number via email.

Store Credit Policy

All approved returns will be processed as store credit only, valid for use online or in-store.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We have a 7-day policy for damaged or incorrect items, which means you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If no suitable replacement or solution is available, a full refund may be provided.

Returned items must be sent at the buyer’s expense with tracking and adequate insurance. Items must be in original condition and clearly marked with the order/invoice number.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Size exchanges for sale items may be accepted only if the requested size is in stock.

  • Store credit will not be issued for used or worn items.


Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved.

  • If approved, a store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

  • For damaged items approved for refund, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
