How does Click & Collect work?
1. Browse our website and choose the products you’d like to purchase.
2. Add your items to the shopping cart and select *Click & Collect* as your delivery option at checkout.
3. Choose your preferred store for pickup.
4. You’ll receive a notification via email or SMS when your order is ready to collect, usually within 24 hours.
5. Visit the store to collect your order. Don’t forget to bring your collection notification or photo ID. Orders are typically available for pickup at the Service Counter, located at the back of the store.
Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes! Click & Collect is completely *free* for all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order?
Yes, a family member or friend can collect your order on your behalf. They will need to bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification.
- A signed note from you or an email to us authorizing them to collect the order.
- Their own photo ID matching the name on the order.
Can I return an item in store after collecting my order?
If you change your mind, you can return items to any of our stores for either a refund or an exchange.
