SHIPPING COST
Standard delivery Australia wide for a flat rate of AU$14.99 for all orders.
*Excludes punching bags and large goods or combined items 5kg over will also incur higher shipping charges.
BULKY ITEMS
Please contact us prior to checkout. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume are calculated separately and quoted in accordance with our courier company freight charges. A staff member will contact you to confirm shipping charges and if you would like to proceed with purchase or if a refund will be needed.
*Anything over 5kg in weight or cubic volume will be marked as a bulky item. Bulky items are only available for shipping within Australia.
DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be posted within 3 working days. If you place your order at the weekend, your products will be packed on the next working day and posted the day after.
Delivery times are between 2 - 5 business days (Delivery times to WA, NT & remote areas vary, please allow 5 - 10 business days)

Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel by clicking here. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the courier consignment number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
