Standard delivery Australia wide for a flat rate of AU$14.95 for all orders.
*Extremely large goods will also incur higher shipping charges.
Delivery times are between 2 - 5 business days (Delivery times to WA, NT & remote areas vary, please allow 5 - 10 business days)
Our couriers deliver week days only.
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our courier company freight charges.. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our courier company.
*Anything over 5kg in weight or cubic volume will be marked as a bulky item. Bulky items are only available for shipping within Australia.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from kosports.com.au containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call kosports.com.au Customer Service on 02 9517 4793 or email the team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel by clicking here. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the courier consignment number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, to be eligible for a refund you must report your request to us through our contact us page within the 14 day period.
This means that if you would like to return your order for a refund, you will be entitled to a full refund on any unopened and unused items purchased within this time period. This 14 working day period begins the day of delivery.
FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
Defective or damaged goods must be returned by the buyer. The buyer will be entitled to a full refund and a refund of any costs incurred returning the products if they are found to be defective upon receipt. Returned goods must be sent at the buyer’s expense and should be via recorded delivery and with the adequate insurance for the return journey. The buyer has a duty to take reasonable care of the items. Goods to be returned must be clearly marked showing the original invoice number and stating the alleged fault.
