Do you provide International delivery?
No, at present we do not provide International delivery. 

How do I return an item?
Please contact us first about any returns, where we will then guide you through the process. Check our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
All returns will be paid for by the customer.

Faulty or wrong items?
If your order arrives and it is damaged or incomplete, the customer must inform KO SPORTS Equipment through the customer support page within 14 days of the delivery date. No claims beyond that period will be considered.

How do I track my order?

All orders are dispatched from kosports.com.au via our courier company.
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from kosports.com.au containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call kosports.com.au Customer Service on 02 9517 4793 or email the team at: contact@kosports.com.au

What are your delivery options?
We ship Australia wide using Transdirect Couriers. 
Flat Rate Aus Wide $14.95 On ALL Orders (Excludes punching bags)Check our Delivery & Returns page for more information.

Dispatch time?
Order before 3pm and we will aim to post your item the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, your order will be posted on the next working day. If you place your order at the weekend, your products will be posted on the next working day.
